Professor Sabina Ćerimagić is an executive academic leader and advisor with a focus on accreditation, quality assurance, and institutional transformation across higher education.

She works with governing bodies, executives, and senior academic leaders on high-stakes decisions where regulatory compliance, institutional reputation, and student outcomes intersect.

With more than 15 years’ experience across public and private providers, Sabina has led complex accreditation processes, institutional quality uplift, and major academic transformations. Her work spans TEQSA and CRICOS submissions, self-accreditation readiness, program (re)accreditation, academic governance, and assessment integrity.

A cross-cultural leadership scholar, Sabina’s advisory work is grounded in evidence, academic rigour, and practical delivery. She is known for translating regulatory complexity into clear, defensible outcomes that institutions can sustain.

Sabina partners with executives, boards, and senior academic leaders to support confident decision-making in environments where risk, reputation, and student outcomes matter.


Scholarship, research & HDR engagement (selective)

Alongside executive and advisory work, Sabina maintains active scholarly engagement in higher education leadership, cross-cultural leadership, and AI-aware education.

She works selectively with PhD candidates and HDR students on supervision, research design, publication strategy, and viva preparation, and supports institutions seeking to uplift HDR frameworks and completion outcomes.
